It’s becoming a fall tradition, the return of Stride Pro Wrestling. This time it’s happening on Friday, October 10, 2025, at Crab Orchard High School in Marion, Illinois. Bell time is 7:00 p.m.

Stride founder Tyler ‘Heath’ Hatton is organizing the show as a fundraiser for the boys’ basketball team. They’ve got a chance to play a game in Indianapolis and catch a Pacers game while they’re in town.

The wrestling world is again mourning, this time, ECW legend Sabu. He passed away over the weekend at the age of 60. Sabu just wrestled his retirement match a few weeks ago.

I met the legendary wrestler in 2005 at an IWA: Midsouth show and later watched him wrestle at a WWECW house show in 2006. He will be missed by many around the world.
