Nerds United Episode 230: Jupiter's Legacy, Dave Bautista, and More[ 117.16 MB ]Play Now | Play in Popup | Download (435)
This week on the podcast, Mike and Greg discuss Mark Millar’s first venture into Netflix, or maybe we should word that “Netflix’ first venture into Millarworld” with Jupiter’s Legacy.
We discuss the binge versus weekly release, how this show’s release differs from The Boys, Invincible, The Mandalorian, WandaVision, and Captain America and the Winter Soldier, and how the prolonged exposure of weekly episode releases affects the longevity of the news cycle for the shows.
Also, Dave Bautista pitched a Gears of War movie to Warner Bros, so Greg tells Mike what Gears of War is.
Also, more Ryan Reynolds than most podcasts this week, probably.
For the first time, it’s Ask Hatton, and Hunsperger as a part of 2 is Greater Than 1. Tyler ‘Heath’ Hatton and I are taking questions from listeners and fans of Stride Pro Wrestling. It’s a fun show! Thanks to everyone who asked a question.

This week on Nerds United, it’s very much a news cycle show. We pull a few headlines, elaborate on some things, and get out of there in under and hour.
Which is good, since our YouTube show this week went almost 45 minutes.

Where are you on the dirt sheets of pro wrestling? Some people love them; others hate them. I’d say I’m in the middle but tend to be more annoyed/irritated by them than a consumer. I talk more about that and the original intentions for the My 1-2-3 Cents brand.

Custom wrestling figures have become a big-time hobby and, in some cases, business for fans. My friend Dan Turnquist, aka Red Daniels, has a lot of talent in creating replica belts for action figures. He talks all about the process with me on this week’s episode. Well, we couldn’t get together last week, so we are back with an hour of podcast-y goodness. There are spoilers of Falcon and Winter Soldier, so use your best judgement, but also don’t complain if you don’t.
Invincible – we talk about that great show. As well as Greg nearing the end of Swamp Thing (free on the CW app).
I think that’s it. It’s hard to say – we recorded this episode two nights ago. Since then, a part of my house has been painted and furniture has been relocated, so who knows. The whole world is all topsy-turvy right now.
Movie Mania is back, and this time, we’re taking a closer look at the 2006 WWE Films movie The Marine, starring John Cena. This was John Cena’s first film and one of the first produced by the company.

This week on a new Nerds United, Mike and Greg go over a number of topics, including shows and movies they watched recently. New releases for shows The Falcon and Winter Soldier and Mighty Ducks: Game Changers.
Also, a little movie called Godzilla vs Kong dropped on HBO Max this week, and both guys had a chance to watch it.
But the most surprising part of the show at all was Mike running down the titles he’s read in the past week, ending on Stephanie Phillips’ A Man Among Ye. That wasn’t the surprising part, but the really joyful aspect was the discussion that erupted when talking about Phillips’ success since she was a guest on the podcast in Fall of 2019. So check out the podcast and check out Phillips’ work across several publishers.
Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW) has been around for years and has quite a following. Tyler ‘Heath’ Hatton of Stride Pro Wrestling recently returned to the company after a long absence.

This week on Nerds United, Mike and Greg discuss the series finale of WandaVision, how it satisfied and how it left some people wanting more.
It all comes down to expectation (Greg speaking). If you just eat what they give you without jumping into various theories, I think you enjoy the show a lot more. But because various websites out there have to generate content to generate monetization, they just throw any spaghetti noodle at the wall to see what sticks, and then it’s Marvel’s fault when the fan theories don’t match the show they just watched.
Also – both of the guys read some comics and have some good suggestions, so visit your local comic book shop soon. Tell them we sent you.
It’s the Interview and this week I’m happy to spend some time with Stride Pro Wrestling General Manager Sam Hunter. We discuss everything from his fandom to the role of GM to the cool posters he’s created for events.

March 5, 2016, is the date of the first Stride Pro Wrestling show. The main event that night featured a fatal four-way to crown the first-ever champion. Ax Allwardt beat three others to do just that, Heath Hatton, Tony Flood, and Frank Wyatt.
Now, the company is preparing for the fifth anniversary of that event, and we like to call it Strideiversary. It’s set for Saturday, March 13, at the Stride Building at 1130 N. Divison Street in Carterville.

On Monday, Feb. 15, 2021, the world lost an amazing wrestler and an even better person in the Mississippi Madman. I first met Madman back in 2010 as a fan. A short time later, I learned more about the man behind the character, Don Jackson.
He touched the lives of many. So this week’s show is dedicated to Madman’s memory. We’ll hear from several people who worked with Madman over the years.

This week on the show, Mike and Greg give some discussion about books they have read in the last week. And Mike’s almost out of comics so we’re going to have to give him more.
Also, once again studios are releasing too many trailers for the same movie. It’s getting to the point where you can watch most of a movie from the trailers atvertising or it.

Nerds United Episode 218: Grimm, Watchmen, Skateman, and Wanda[ 1:01:33 | 84.42 MB ]Play Now | Play in Popup | Download (608)
This week on Nerds United, we cover a rare Neal Adams “miss” from the 1980s. Also, Mike’s been reading Watchmen, so we discuss aspects of the book so far.
Greg got Mike watching a show called Grimm. It’s free to Amazon Prime subscribers and now we both recommend it. I’ve watched two episodes since I started doing post-production. I could have had the editing done in about ten minutes, but GRIMM!
And as you might expect…we talk about WandaVision in a way that we try to avoid spoilers until the very end of the show when we TOTALLY spoil something. We provide a warning.
World Class Championship Wrestling and the Von Erich family have a lot to do with my early fandom. Even when cousin Lance arrived on the scene to battle side-by-side with Kerry, Kevin, and Mike, I was all in.
There’s a fascinating story behind the character ‘Lance Von Erich,’ and I got the scoop from the co-author of the new book Lance By Chance: Wrestling as a Von Erich. Vinny Berry teamed up with Lance Vaughn for this book, which you can order right here.

Hello and welcome to another Nerds United Podcast!
Mike and Greg discuss a lot on this show, like the episodes thus far of WandaVision. Also, Beau Bridges is NOT the father of Jeff Bridges. We got to the bottom of that mystery in real time.
The big topic of conversation is Mike’s idea:
Comic book storylines we want to see adapted.
Marvel and DC are discussed. But we don’t list them all, so which stories do you want to see make an appearance in another medium?
Something new is starting here on the My 1-2-3 Cents Podcast; Movie Mania! If you’re a fan of WWE Films or movies featuring wrestling, this will be the show for you.

This episode, Chad and Greg are washing their hands of this wretched year and looking forward to what is next.
It’s a bit of a therapy session for our lads, as the last nine months of isolation have been stressful.
However, at the end of the day, at the end of the year, we’re thankful to still be breathing. We’re thankful for jobs, for family, for bringing more life into this ridiculous world.
And our challenge to you, the internet, in 2021 is this: STFU!
We kid. Sort of. Instead, go back to that age-old saying of “if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all.
The end of another year means it’s time for the annual Centy Awards. However, 2020 has been less than normal and this year’s ceremony is different too.

Nerds United Episode 211: Tons of Disney, Marvel, Star Wars News[ 1:21:02 | 111.15 MB ]Play Now | Play in Popup | Download (667)
This week on Nerds United, we are just over 24 hours removed from a pretty significant news dump from Disney, which includes a ton of Marvel and Disney shows and movies.
And we learn about Fatman the Human Flying Saucer.
The spirit of Christmas continues on the Power Half Hour with a look at Christmas themed episodes of television shows and specials. Well, more of a tourettes session of tossing out random shows and making small talk about them.
It’s a jam-packed episode this week. It’s Episode 316, so of course, Tyler ‘Heath’ Hatton and I are discussing our favorite ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin memories and doing a watch-along of our tag team title match from Aug. 2019.
Fire up YouTube and watch along with us. We do that toward the end of this week’s show. You can click the link here to see the match. (It’s Jay Spade’s YouTube channel.)

This week on Nerds United, Greg and Mike discuss all the happenings over at HBO Max. Every movie Warner Brothers is set to release in theaters in 2021 will spend a month on the streaming service as well as being in theaters.
The Snyder Cut will be out in “a few months.”
Could Jack Black ever replace Chris Pratt? How is that even a thing?
Attention shifts from the being thankful to the most wonderful time of the year on this episode of the Power Half Hour. Once Thanksgiving dinner was eaten, it officially became fair game to blast Christmas songs 24 hours a day. Greg and Chad spend this episode discussing their favorite Christmas songs and albums. From the classic carols to modern day versions, all genres are represented.
This week, we’re paying tribute to the Undertaker. My co-host Chad Smart and I run down the Undertaker’s historic 30-year career and share some thoughts on the big moments and matches from the Dead Man. I try Saugatuck Brewing’s The G.O.A.T., which is a pretty damn good oatmeal stout.

As we round the corner to the most wonderful time of the year (and really, in 2020, just getting to the end of the year may be wonderful), Greg and Chad take time to talk about their typical Thanksgiving day and any family traditions.
I’ve made plenty of friends through the world of independent wrestling and podcasting. One of them is this week’s guest, Seanan Young. Mr. 100 is the founder of Podzilla 1985, home of many great shows, including Pro Wrestling Unscripted.
He’s also a big part of Cape Championship Wrestling. We discuss his involvement there and what the future looks like during these uncertain times with COVID-19.

Being the week before Thanksgiving, this episode of the Power Half Hour “borrows” the concept from My 1-2-3 Cents Podcast episode 313 and puts our own spin on the WWE November transition of the Survivor Series.
Greg and Chad pick 5 food mascots to face each other in an elimination style match. If anyone wants to create the teams on a console platform wrestling game and give us the results, that would be pretty awesome.
This special episode of Nerds United gets us back to our roots – talking with creators.
Adam Testa has released his first novel (we learn in the show that he’s working on more). Adam has ties to Southern Illinois and we have some common friends, like Kevin and Chad, familiar voices here on the Jittery Monkey Podcast Network.
Adam’s debut novel, To Live and Die at Shadow Ridge, is an adult thriller that draws inspiration from Dan Brown’s work, as Adam names Brown as his favorite author (along with R.L. Stine).
Get the book right now. And leave a review on Amazon so more people can find it.

This week on Nerds United, we’re here to update you and give our thoughts on various updates from Hollywood, like Wonder Woman 1984 and Constantine, the Snyder Cut, Umbrella Academy, and WandaVision.
This episode of the Power Half Hour goes off the rails pretty early. Instead of playing a random game of “Google’s Popular Questions,” Greg and Chad diverge into a half hour of listing everything they don’t like about Chicago. As downstate residents of Illinois, the two are not impressed with the power Chi-town wields over the Land of Lincoln.

Nerds United Episode 206: Haircuts can be Long and Expensive[ 1:02:49 | 86.16 MB ]Play Now | Play in Popup | Download (728)
In this episode, Mike got a haircut. Mike’s son got a haircut. And it cost a FORTURE! Meanwhile, Greg needs a haircut.
Also, Mike’s still reading, and this time went back to Justice League of America: The Tornado’s Path, written by Brad Meltzer and Ed Benes.
Also, there’s some good Lovecraft Country discussion now that the (first?) season has ended. That is one messed up show that is totally worth watching!
Also apparently we had some sound issues at times. I hope it’s not too bad for you the listener.
The fall semester may be nearly complete so what better time for Greg and Chad to look back at their freshmen year of college. One made a sensible decision to stay close to home and go to Community College while the other made a cross country trip to attend the same college Geraldo Rivera attended.
What would they do differently if they could turn back time and relive their freshmen year over?
Did you know Tyler ‘Heath’ Hatton and I have more in common than holding the Stride Pro Wrestling tag team championships? We both separately had tryouts for TNA/Impact Wrestling. So this week, we recall our experiences.
We also discuss the fate of Stride. We are struggling with the mandates coming as a result of COVID-19. Rent must still be paid on our building. If you’re interested in helping, please let us know.

Power Half Hour Episode 43: Urban Legends and the Paranormal[ 30:00 | 41.15 MB ]Play Now | Play in Popup | Download (1542)
This week is a very special episode of the Power Half Hour, as the Co-Host on the West Coast traveled all the way to Illinois to record with Greg in person. No other reason. No other podcast to record or people to see. It was all about this podcast for you.
Wrapping up our Halloween-themed month, we talk about urban legends and folk lore. But that’s a relatively short conversation, so we expand to more broad topics like believing in ghosts and why “Searching for Bigfoot” type shows always end the same.
Happy Halloween. Go out and run amok. You’ll be wearing a mask anyway!
Halloween Havoc is a pay-per-view brand that got its start back in 1989. For 12 years, it was one of WCW’s biggest events, some years trumping Starrcade.
Now, 20 years after the last WCW Halloween Havoc, WWE brings back the concept with NXT. This week, Chad Smart from the Positive Cynicism Podcasting Network joins me to talk more about our favorite moments from this banner event.

Nerds United Episode 204: Multiple Justice League Topics[ 42:07 | 57.76 MB ]Play Now | Play in Popup | Download (782)
This week on Nerds United, Greg and Mike discuss an early wrestler-turned-hero by the name of Nightmare and his teen sidekick Sleepy.
There’s a trip to Mike’s Reading Room, where we have a discussion about Brad Meltzer’s run on Justice League of America, from The Lightning Sage to Identity Crisis. Mike’s moved away from Marvel/DC for the moment and will give us an update on what he’s reading again next week.
Then we get into the news, from kid shows like Chip n Dale’s Rescue Rangers and Power Rangers to Joker and Deathstroke coming into the Snyder Cut of the Justice League.
October rolls along with another Power Half Hour Spooktober entry. This time, Greg and Chad are discussing horror films. One of them grew up on horror films while the other is a scaredy cat. What type of horror films get the approval nod and which get the unnecessary badge? Is CATS the best horror film of all time? That is a topic that doesn’t get discussed at all.
Andre the Giant was one of the all-time greats in pro wrestling. His career kind of halted in 1990, and he never received the send-off that I, as a fan, would have liked to have seen.
So this week, I’m rebooking Andre’s final two years in wrestling and doing it with a Yuengling Hershey’s Chocolate Porter by my side. Special thanks to Tom Harness for the beer.

Doctor Hormone. Ever hear of the guy? If not, get the “Doctor Hormone for Dummies…by Dummies” version on this episode.
Also, following up on last week’s discussion, SCIENCE gets involved in the grand debate of Superman vs Thor.
Then some news and notes from the world of comics and pop culture and we’re out of there.

The second installment of the Half Hour Halloween episodes focuses on the best part of trick or treating; the candy. Greg and Chad discuss some of their favorite sugary treats and the disappointment of getting tricked with black licorice or a box of raisins.
Bo Sawyer has been wrestling on the indy scene for many years now and has evolved along the way. On this week’s podcast, we talk about that evolution and the introduction of a new character, Graven. He explains the name and the look behind this monster among men.

By podcasting law, the month of October has to be devoted to Halloween themed episodes. We’re kicking off the spooky themed shows with a look back at some of our favorite Halloween costumes. From homemade costumes to store bought generic costumes, Greg and Chad had a variety of different costumes to choose from.
It was eight years ago that Heath Hatton battled Adam Pearce for the NWA World’s Heavyweight Championship in All-American Pro Wrestling. This week on the podcast, Tyler and I do a watch-along of the match and discuss the behind-the-scenes activity surrounding it.

Over the last forty years there have been too many pop culture moments to recap in thirty minutes. So instead of trying to do so, Greg and Chad cherry pick some of their favorite moments from their lifetimes. Events from the 1980s and 1990s are the main focus. Some are well known and some are little known. What moments are discussed? Only one way to find out. Hit the play button.
On Saturday, September 14, 1985, Hulk Hogan’s Rock ‘n Wrestling made its debut on CBS. While the cartoon may have been shortlived, it did create plenty of great memories for this old wrestling fan.

This week on a very special episode of Nerds United, well, there’s something of a celebration in the air. It’s the 200th episode of the podcast.
It takes a lot of dedication to put in over seven years and two hundred episodes, countless hours, for no monetary return. Am I patting myself on the back? Maybe a little.
But we wouldn’t be 200 episodes in without you, the listener. So I sincerely and profoundly thank you.
Now as for this week’s episode, we do have some news and notes to pass along. But the bulk of the episode is answering your questions. And we had some doozies. And in the meantime, Josh got himself a promotion. Congrats Josh!
Inspired by a conversation with former “Tom and Jim’s Top 5” co-host (and Power Half Hour special guest) Tom Skull, this episode looks at films that might make a Bottom 5 list. Greg and Chad discuss some of the movies that took moments of their lives without giving anything in return.
Movies from acclaimed directors with award winning actors to movies with lesser pedigrees, no film is off limits. Have you seen any of the movies discussed? Do you agree with our assessments? You can leave a comment on the Greg and Chad’s Power Half Hour Facebook page.
One of my favorite things about Stride Pro Wrestling is the opportunities being given to young talent. B-Rad is one of the trainees at the Stride Pro Wrestling School and is currently the company’s Legacy Champion.

Nerds United Episode 199: From Driving with a Teenager to Birds of Prey[ 59:50 | 82.07 MB ]Play Now | Play in Popup | Download (912)
This week on the Nerds United podcast, Greg and Mike talk about a whole bevy of topics, including our co-host of the year doing some baking and driving around with his teenage son. Listen to the tales of wild mishaps and good people.
Also, nerd stuff. Like the casting of Kang the Conqueror and the casting of She-Hulk. The trailer is out for The Mandalorian Season 2. Wonder Woman 84 is set to hit theaters on Christmas Day. And Lovecraft Country and Birds of Prey are worthy watches on HBO Max.
So…what should we do for our 200th episode?
Greg and Mike were guests/contestants on The @ 6’s and 7’s Podcast recently and that episode is live now. You can check it out here.
Nostalgia is a popular topic on the Jittery Monkey and Positive Cynicism podcast networks. This episode of the Power Half Hour continues that trend. Greg and Chad look at mall culture and how technology has killed off the thrill of grabbing an Orange Julius and looking through rows of cassettes and CDs at Sam Goody’s. Now malls are basically regulated to Hot Topics and Game Stops.
Do you smell what the Rock is drinking? Yes, it’s Teremana Tequila and my guest co-host Chad Smart (of the Positive Cynicism Podcasting Network #PCPN) joins me for a shot as well.
In this episode, we tackle a lot of things, including the tequila, the Rock, current WWE and AEW stories, Chad’s Stride Pro Wrestling debut and his support of the group For Kids’ Sake. Learn more about their virtual Superhero 5K right here.

Nerds United Episode 198: Fatherhood, Walkers, and Karate[ 1:12:44 | 99.75 MB ]Play Now | Play in Popup | Download (881)
On this very special episode of Nerds United, we reveal a closely guarded secret about Greg. And then we talk about being a dad, because we’re both dad’s.
Also, Brother Power the Geek, an actual DC Comics title in the late 1960’s (from the same guy who co-created Captain America – will wonders never cease).
The Walking Dead is ending after its eleventh season, but has already apparently named two survivors for an upcoming spin-off. And they didn’t even provide us with a “SPOILER” tag.
The second season of The Boys is out and it’s a lot of fun. Darkly humorous, bloody, gruesome, vulgar, filthy fun.
And also – Cobra Kai is a board-smashing hit in our homes.
So that’s it. That’s the episode. But you should really listen to get all the details of things I took the time to type out here.
Reading creates movies in your brain. Then Hollywood comes along and turns the words of the page into a cinematic wonder that usually fails to live up to your mind’s creation. But every so often, the story is too good to screw up. That’s when you get a good film. On this episode of the Power Half Hour, Greg and Chad talk about what makes a good page to screen adaptation. They also throw out some of their favorite movies based on books they’ve read.

This week on Nerds United, Greg talks with John Garrett, a self-described recovering accountant. John is a comedian AND consultant AND now an author.
John wrote “What’s Your And,” a book about unlocking the person within the professional. Years of podcast guests sharing their passions at the workplace inspired John to write this book about being your whole self at work, not just the part that you perceive as “professional.”
Hear John tell how bringing your passions, be it kayaking, motorcycles, opera singing, or even podcasting, can benefit you professionally with your co-workers and even clients. “What’s Your Age” is available to pre-order on Amazon right now (link below) and is available through numerous other outlets on September 15th. Our Stride Pride is definitely shining on this week’s episode of the podcast. My co-host Tyler ‘Heath’ Hatton and I talk about our 10 favorite matches in Stride Pro Wrestling’s four-year history.

We also discuss Cobra Kai on Netflix and debate ensues regarding the age of Ralph Macchio. Did you know he’s only eight years younger than Greg’s dad?
Also, Mandolorian Season 2 is on its way, and production on The Batman continues without its start, who has the Covid.
Seems like everywhere you go these days one constant question is “Mask or no mask.” On this episode of the Power Half Hour, Greg and Chad turn the tables and discuss some of their favorite superhero and wrestling masks.
COVID-19 has put a damper on a lot of things but it has also provided us with new opportunities like WWE’s ThunderDome. The technology gives fans watching a home the live crowd experience that’s been missing since quarantine started in the spring.
I tried getting in on the action for SummerSlam and even after getting an email telling me I was in, I was in fact not. However, my guest co-host this week was in attendance for the biggest party of the summer. Jeff Holtke shares his experiences with ThunderDome.

Nerds United Episode 195: RIP Chadwick plus Fandome News[ 1:06:52 | 91.71 MB ]Play Now | Play in Popup | Download (860)
Well, this is an unusual episode to say the least. It was supposed to be largely about DC Fandome and talking about all of those great trailers and tidbits we got last week.
But shortly into our episode, we were rocked by the news of the passing of Chadwick Boseman at the far too young age of 43 after battling cancer for four years. No one knew. Well, publicly.
It’s the end of August which means one thing. The new school year is here. Even though a lot of schools aren’t technically “open” to start the year, Greg and Chad took the suggestion to share school memories for this episode of the Power Half Hour. Well, they took that suggestion and then flipped it a bit to discuss one of the best shows about school; Saved By The Bell.
From trivia about the failed pilot for the show through the Vegas wedding, they talk about some of their favorite moments from the show and point out that Zach Morris is Trash.
It’s a My 1-2-3 Cents Classic as we step back to 2012 for an interview I did with the ‘Million Dollar Man’ Ted DiBiase. He is truly one of the all-time greats. I’ve been honored to interview him not once but twice over the years. Please enjoy.

Nerds United Episode 194: The Nerd Dome is Better than the Fandome[ 1:03:55 | 87.66 MB ]Play Now | Play in Popup | Download (825)
Do you remember the olden days when I used to refer to the podcast recording location as the Nerd Dome? Like the Thunder Dome except with less thunder and more nerds.
Anyway, this week we’re talking about DC Fandome, a 24-hour nerd extravaganza that begins probably right about now. I’m not sure. It’s a guess. Also – Batfleck is BACK! Disney+ should add an adult-only (not like that) section. And another Spider-man rogue member is lined up for his own movie.
We also take some quality questions from you, the lovely listeners. So we thank you.
Back in the days before DVR and streaming video, you had very little choice to skip commercials. If you recorded your favorite program on a VHS tape, you could later fast forward through the commercials but if you were watching live television, every 7-8 minutes, you were trapped for 2 minutes while corporations tried to sell your their goods.
On this episode of the Power Half Hour, Greg and Chad talk about why there are commercials and what makes for a successful commercial. Along the way, Greg plays the audio to some of the more memorable commercials from his youth. Come with us on the journey to relive the past through 30 seconds of consumerism.
We made it to 300 episodes! To celebrate, I figured I’d connect two of my favorite formats for the show, Wrestling with the 80s and Wrestling Under the Influence.
My buddy Chad Smart from the Positive Cynicism Podcasting Network joins me for this look back at the year 1985. I also enjoy a couple of cold ones, appropriately called 1985 by New Belgium Brewing Company.

POWER HALF HOUR EP: 32. FILM CLUB; THE PEANUT BUTTER FALCON[ 30:00 | 41.15 MB ]Play Now | Play in Popup | Download (900)
It’s been awhile since Greg and Chad talked reviewed a film. That’s about to change as the new Power Half Hour looks at the 2019 release, “The Peanut Butter Falcon.” A Tom Sawyer-esque tale of two outlaws on the run form an unlikely friendship.
Shia LaBeouf plays Tyler, an unlicensed crab fisherman haunted by mistakes of his past. Newcomer Zack Gottsagen is Zak, a devoted fan of wrestler the “Red Neck Renegade” who dreams of training at the Renegade’s wrestling school and becoming a popular bad guy. As they make their way down the coast of North Carolina, they come to understand who they are is more than who the world sees them.
What did Greg and Chad think of the film? What life lessons did they take away from the film? Are you reading this far into the description?
It’s Q&A time for the My 1-2-3 Cents Podcast. I received several great questions from listeners. I appreciate everyone who participated and I look forward to future podcasts, including next week’s episode 300!

This week on Nerds United, we have a special guest in legendary podcaster Chad Smart!
Chad co-hosts Greg and Chad’s Power Half Hour here on the Jittery Monkey Podcast Network, and turned his Positive Cynicism podcast into the Positive Cynicism Podcast Network, which includes four shows. And he recently started another podcast called Out of Touchstone.
Chad was brought in to help Greg draw a comparison between Star Wars fans and wrestling fans. It does not go great for Greg.
Also, Mulan is coming to Disney+ and there’s a Suicide Squad game in the works from the same people who created the Batman Arkham series. So there’s that.
