Cheers, I’ve brought back Wrestling Under the Influence to the podcast. I’m trying Four Giants and the Haze of Destiny by Founders Brewing this time and talking about some of my favorite giants in the world of pro wrestling.

In keeping with the Halloween theme for the month of October, I decided to have a chat with current Stride Pro Wrestling Heavyweight Champion Red Daniels. Nearly two years ago he was involved in the company’s first (and only) Buried Alive match.
To our knowledge, WWE is the only company to do Buried Alive. There have been five such matches, dating back to 1996. If we’re incorrect in that claim, please let me know.
Red talks about the idea behind the match, the execution of it and the aftermath. It’s a great conversation. Be sure to share it with your friends!

In Episode 22 Kevin provides some thoughts on the Extreme Rules pay-per-view. With new tag team champions, what’s next for the division? Will Lana and Rusev break up? And what will WWE do with Ryback? Kevin provides his 1-2-3 cents on those issues and the fate of the WWE World Heavyweight title.
