Music has been a big part of wrestling for decades, and now that WWE and AEW are using licensed music for some entrances, it’s conjuring up nostalgia.

Over the weekend, we saw CM Punk return to the Survivor Series, but before we saw him, we heard that first scratch of Cult of Personality, and the crowd went nuts. This week, Chad Smart and I discuss that moment and our love for music.

Music is a massive part of the pro wrestling experience. Some 35 years ago, the WWF released the Piledriver: The Wrestling Album II. This week on the podcast, I look back on the album and share a quick interview with Koko B. Ware, who performed the album’s title track. (The interview is from 2014, but it’s still good stuff.)
